The associations use an information system called Agri Business Solutions (ABS), which is essential for the communication between members and the association. The ABS system is divided in three main parts: Data, Operations and Reports. The data part consists out of information like: accession data, farm plan and location, involved promoter and number of acres. Information like farmer agreements input and output delivery is handled by the Operations part.

Through ABS reports all kind of information can be extracted like existing and redressed non-compliances and comparison of in- and output delivery. The final analysis is necessary to fix the optimum level of input delivery for the next season, but it also provides the association with a tool to check for irregularities. This way the association can assure best management practices, but also protect the natural environment by optimizing input delivery through personal farmer advice.
